- Blends his Ph.D. in computer science with his MBA to solve cybersecurity problems in the real world

- Holds more than 17 technology patents
- Launched his own company built on his patented disruptive technology that provides on demand, one-time disposable access codes
- Serves on the adjunct faculty at University of Texas-Dallas, Southern Methodist University, the University of Dallas and University of North Texas-Dallas
Jeff Schilling
Chief Security Officer, FireHost
Former Director, U.S. Army Global Security Ops Center
What he does:
- Supervises cyber and physical security programs for a global provider of secure cloud hosting
- Leads efforts that have blocked more than 60 million cyber attacks on customers since 2012
Cybersecurity cred includes:
- Synchronized global security ops, monitoring and response for more than 1 million computer systems, on 350 wide area networks, in more than 2,500 global locations
- Directed the Department of Defense Global Security Ops Center and managing security for more than 4 million globally connected computer systems
- Retired after 24 years of service in the U.S. Army
